When we started this project I wanted to do a poster about whether buttons or zippers were better. I was so determined that this was going to be the theme of my poster. I even took a poll of many friends and family members of which ones they prefer. There was definitely a winner but I was able to eventually see both sides. When I realized this I figured out what I wanted to do my poster on.  I chose to still include the idea of zippers and buttons but make it mean more and address a real world problem. Discrimination and diversity. It doesn't matter whether zippers or buttons are better. They both get the job done, and it really doesn't matter! I am very proud of how this project turned out. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how I wanted it to look and make sure both zippers and buttons were represented and I think I did just that!
